Fine-tuned user rights ensure controlled access to patient data. Furthermore, barcodes are available to manage patient samples. In addition, you can upload patient consent. As a result, our biobanking is in compliance with GDPR and FDA 21 CSF Part 11.
LABA biobanking consists of 3 main parts with parent-child relations. The 1st part is patient registry. Here you store patient contact and general data. Additionally, you can add unlimited number of tissues. Thus, you can always check history of all tissues obtained from a patient. However, you can also access tissues in a separate repository. This is the 2nd part and it contains list of clinical samples. Here you add details about diagnosis. Moreover, you can add cell lines or isolated DNA or RNA to the particular sample. Likewise, you can access isolates directly from the 3rd part. As a result of these parent-child relations, you can easily access and manage different sections of biobank.
Finally, our virtual storage tracks locations of stored clinical samples. You will easily detect stored material and find important details. Moreover, you can assign quantity or expiry alarm and thus maintain a full control over valuable samples.
