During the pilot, Biomed Systems configures a dedicated environment, maps your physical freezer and storage layouts (accommodating any matrix dimensions including 9x9, 10x10, 8x12, or custom cryo-configurations), and imports an authentic sample batch of your actual legacy data.
Dedicated Engineering & 100% Fee Credit: The £8,500 fee is non-refundable as it directly funds dedicated engineering hours, database schema reconciliation, and active staging infrastructure. However, when your facility proceeds to Stage 2 (Full Enterprise Deployment), 100% of the £8,500 pilot fee is credited against your implementation invoice. Whether you select Tier 1 (£25,000), Tier 2 (£45,000), or Tier 3 (£85,000), you pay only the remaining balance at go-live. If you choose not to proceed, the pilot concludes with zero ongoing software licensing commitment.
